Awareness + Acceptance = Change
"What happens if we invest in training to develop our people and they leave us?" " What happens if we don't." Developing Safety Skills takes time. New starters and young workers need to have a dedicated supervisor and manager working with them to coach them on improving their safety skill level. A strong safety culture will uphold your business aims but it requires safety leadership from the top. ACHS Safety for Managers and Supervisors introduces managers and supervisors to the requirements of the WHS legislation 2011, risk management concepts, basic incident investigation techniques and methods for improving safety at the workplace. Take the necessary steps forward by contacting the college to find a range of courses available to help your workers achieve your safety goals. |
