Assessment method & award issued:
Participants who demonstrate competency by passing both the theory and practical assessments (for all units as stated above) will receive a 'Qualification' in 'Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety – BSB41407' issued by ACHS.
Participants who complete individual units will receive a 'Statement of Attainment' for those units. Those participants who attend the course, but do not complete course work and assessments will receive a 'Statement of Attendance'. Participants must complete this course within 12 months of course commencement.
