Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40110)
Who Should Attend?
This course is aimed at people who work, or wish to work, as Trainer or Assessor at a workplace.
Entry Requirements:
There are no restrictions on entry to this course however participants are required to have sufficient numeracy and literacy skills to read and comprehend instruction.
Job roles associated with this qualification relate to the delivery of training and assessment of competence within the VET sector. Possible job titles and roles relevant to this qualification include:
- enterprise trainer
- enterprise assessor
- registered training organisation (RTO) trainer
- RTO assessor
- training adviser or training needs analyst
- vocational education teacher
Entry Requirements - Online Students:
As part of our ongoing commitment to Quality Assurance, All Participants wishing to undertake online studies with ACHS are required to complete a session with our Training Technician/Tutor in our Elluminate Virtual Office. (Elluminate is a free service - no additional fees payable)The session will take place upon submission of the first assessment. To participate in this session, participants will need to have access to a webcam.

Pathways from the qualification:
After achieving TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, candidates may undertake TAA40110 Diploma of Training and Assessment or may choose to undertake TAE70110 Vocational Graduate Certificate in Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Practice.
